This works really well for non-gmail.com domains. It is easy to configure as well, using the Google Workspace admin console.Very easy to install, use and uninstall as well.

Does not always deploy in Gmail properly!

Fil Baumanis

May perform a useful IT function, but forces waste of valuable extension bar real estate. Why can't it be unpinned, and why not just use a Gmail extension?

Jared Garner

Cannot uninstall. Never intentionally installed.

Interesting concept, but I've observed this to be pretty unreliable in practice. The reporting feature seems to break with fairly regular frequency. Because this extension is part of the knowbe4 services, the only way to get resolution is via your IT department, or I guess you could try and track down company contact info, which I think is ridiculously circuitous. The tool needs to have a self-report crash / problem feature so users can seek immediate fixes. Will gladly amend my opinion in this review, but until then, I would caution anyone from spending to much time with this "feature".
